Hi, I’m Juli! An independent hairstylist and visionary behind Niche Suites. Several years ago while co-owning a 15-chair salon, I found myself lost in the demands of a 60+ hour workweek and planted in an unaligned partnership and salon structure. Despite the outward success, inside, I was wondering how I could redesign the career I so deeply loved to fit a more easeful, fulfilling lifestyle outside of the salon.

Recognizing the need for change, I made a daring decision to sell my stake in the salon, refer out my entire clientele, purchase a 4000 sq ft commercial property and design a new concept from the ground up.

Fast forward to 3 years later, I've transformed my business behind the chair and crafted a life that truly aligns with my passions and values, working behind the chair 2 days per week without stressing over where my next client would come from, price increases, or paying my overhead expenses.
