Cancellations
It happens! Cancellations and scheduling changes must be made up to 48 hours in advance of an appointment and your deposit can be transferred to a new date.

If you find you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, you may forfeit your deposit and reschedule a different date with a new deposit.

Hair Extension Initial installs may require up to 1 week notice to reschedule.
Arriving for an Appointment
& Guests
At Niche, we have an electronic door system that allows us to send you an email with a unique access key.
On the day of your appointment, you can expect to receive a "KISI" link sent to your email on file. Once inside our vestibule, you can tap this link to unlock the door and enter our lounge.

If bringing a guest, please know that my salon suite isn't accommodating to host several people at-once, however, your guest may wait in our lounge during your service. Children are not to be left unattended and due to safety concerns and the time management of my schedule, it is best to arrange childcare accordingly on the day of your appointment to avoid having to reschedule.
